‘Rock’ weight by Jane Charles
This asymmetrical ‘weight’ is more of a mini sculpture than a traditional paperweight. Jane has worked the surface so it has four facets which gently curve from one side to another. The core is a vortex of turquoise and deep purple colour studded with tiny silver bubbles which seem to twist and swirl as you move the piece in your hand. This is a lovely piece to handle and discover it’s hidden patterns.
